Led by our principal designer Victoria Wilkes, our experienced team offers a wide range of skills and capabilities including interior design, project management, brand strategy, workflow analysis, staff engagement, change management, creative direction, custom joinery and graphics.
Victoria has been the driving force behind Outline Design since she formed the company in 2002. As the owner/director and principal designer, Victoria divides her time between developing the business, supporting her team and coming up with fresh and modern designs for clients. A ‘hands-on’ owner, Victoria works closely with the company’s clients and treats each one with equal importance.
Victoria is also a proud member of The Designers Institute of New Zealand:
Returning to New Zealand after 2 years specialising in workplace design in London, Nicky brings her passion and experience for commercial interiors to Outline Design. She seeks inspiration for each design from the client’s culture, brand and specific needs. She loves puzzling over space planning, and working concepts into the finest detail to bring designs unique to every client to life. Her joy for visual arts and detail spills into her love for nature photography.
Our resident westie Nicola is quickly developing an impressive portfolio of interior project completions in her burgeoning career. An intermediate designer, Nicola’s role incorporates the full scope of requirements in a design business, from creating beautiful interior concepts through to selection of the furniture and fittings. She’s also extremely handy at Photoshop and CAD, making her a great asset to the team.
Suze is a real ‘go-to’ person in the business and has fingers in every pie. With her unique combination of office management experience, interiors and furniture design plus creative production and project management, the stars really did align when Suze appeared on our doorstep. Whether she’s supporting the design team or helping to drive the latest marketing initiative, Suze injects envious amounts of energy and enthusiasm into everything she does.
Specialising in workplace interior design since 2008, Lauren relocated from her homeland of South Africa to Auckland in 2013. Lauren delights in expressing a 2 dimensional brand as a bold, 3 dimensional space, pushing the bounds of creativity.
With Bachelors of both Interior Design and Education (HONS) to her credit, Lauren’s experience lecturing in Interior Design in Durban have also lead her into a position on the Advisory Board for Auckland’s Unitec Interior Design department.
Lauren’s passions extend to her legendary entertaining skills; she loves cooking up a storm among her coveted collection of orchids.
Denise is our numbers guru and loves nothing more than a spreadsheet of perfectly balanced figures. In her role, Denise manages all of the finance and accounting requirements for the business, from payables/receivables to reporting on management accounts and forecasting.
