Victoria Wilkes
Victoria has been the driving force behind Outline Design since she formed the company in 2002. As the owner/director and principal designer, Victoria divides her time between developing the business, supporting her team and coming up with fresh and modern designs for clients. A ‘hands-on’ owner, Victoria works closely with the company’s clients and treats each one with equal importance.
Victoria is also a proud member of The Designers Institute of New Zealand:
Nina Cryer began her career as an Interior Designer at Outline Design after graduating with a Masters, in Interior Architecture, at Victoria University. She has since worked for global design firms in London and Auckland, honing her skills in Workplace interior design on an international scale.
Returning to Outline Design in 2021, Nina is driven by collaborating closely with clients, using her creative eye and expertise to help bring their dream spaces to life
Breanna Dorman
After completing her studies in Spatial Design at AUT and Interior Design at Unitech, Breanna joined the team as a Junior Designer, bringing amazing energy and a great eye for design and finishes selection.
This multidisciplinary education has given her a unique perspective on design, enabling her to approach projects from different angles and offer innovative solutions.

Denise Newell
Denise is our numbers guru and loves nothing more than a spreadsheet of perfectly balanced figures. In her role, Denise manages all of the finance and accounting requirements for the business, from payables/receivables to reporting on management accounts and forecasting.
