Led by our principal designer Victoria Wilkes, our experienced team offers a wide range of skills and capabilities including interior design, project management, brand strategy, workflow analysis, staff engagement, change management, creative direction, custom joinery and graphics.
Victoria has been the driving force behind Outline Design since she formed the company in 2002. As the owner/director and principal designer, Victoria divides her time between developing the business, supporting her team and coming up with fresh and modern designs for clients. A ‘hands-on’ owner, Victoria works closely with the company’s clients and treats each one with equal importance.
Victoria is also a proud member of The Designers Institute of New Zealand:
Nina began her career as an Interior Designer at Outline Design after graduating with a Masters, in Interior Architecture, at Victoria University. She has since worked for global design firms in London and Auckland, honing her skills in Workplace Interior Design on an international scale.
Now returning to Outline Design, Nina is driven by working and collaborating closely with clients while her creative eye and 3D CAD skills will help bring spaces to life.
After studying a Diploma in Applied Arts over in the UK, Stacey decided to retrain back in 2018, graduating with a diploma in Interior Design. She has now joined Outline as a graduate designer. With her bubbly attitude and experience in procurement and trend analysis for retail organisations, she makes a great asset to the team.
When she is not creating beautiful spaces, Stacey enjoys diving and spending time with her two teenage boys, husband and crazy puppy.
Paul is our marketing man. With more industry experience than most and a passion for idea generation Paul manages all things ‘creative thinking and doing’ at team Outline.
Denise is our numbers guru and loves nothing more than a spreadsheet of perfectly balanced figures. In her role, Denise manages all of the finance and accounting requirements for the business, from payables/receivables to reporting on management accounts and forecasting.
