brand
The best workspace designs successfully incorporate and interpret a firm’s brand by making it tangible and ‘bringing it to life’. We’ll spend time with your team to find out what makes your brand unique, or work with you to develop a clear brand strategy that strongly resonates with customers, suppliers and staff alike.
insights
We’ll spend some time looking at your business and researching information around work patterns, tool use and staff impacts, providing key insights for the project team.
For clients requiring change management, we’ll start developing a plan that looks at people, culture and behaviour change supported through new ways of working within the organisation and ensures staff are fully engaged throughout the process.
design
Our team will produce a draft space plan layout that provides a bird’s eye view of the proposed workspace and amenities. We’ll also present a tailored design concept that brings everything together into a contemporary, stylish workspace, accompanied by recommendations on colours, materials, finishes, lighting, furniture and fittings.
fit-out
We can project manage the entire fit-out of the design or work alongside your nominated Project Manager. In either instance, we can recommend contractors and suppliers from our trusted network to ensure construction and delivery is to the highest standard and your project is delivered on time and on budget.
support
After you’ve moved into your new space and tested it out, we’ll re-visit you to ensure both the functionality and behavioural changes supported by aspects of the design are all working optimally. This end-to-end approach helps you realise a space that is sustainably successful.
