Mafic Partners:

Mafic Partners, a boutique infrastructure advisory firm, enlisted the expertise of Outline Design when they outgrew their current office space and needed to find a new location. After careful consideration, they settled on the renowned 151 Queen Street building, and we were tasked with creating a space plan and design concept.

One key focal point of the design was the reception and client meeting area, which aimed to strike a balance between warmth and sophistication. Thoughtfully selected finishes, furniture and Lighting were layered to achieve the desired atmosphere.

The office space itself was designed to promote an open-plan work environment, supplemented by enclosed meeting rooms for privacy, vibrant breakout areas for collaboration and creativity, and a peaceful lunchroom for relaxation.

One standout feature of the design is the custom window bench seating, strategically positioned to offer an alternative workspace option. Surrounded by breathtaking views of Auckland City, it provides a serene setting for focused work or contemplation.

The result is a workspace that reflects the company’s values and enhances productivity while providing a welcoming environment for clients and employees alike.
