Our financial services client in Newmarket wanted a contemporary workspace that felt welcoming and warm.
We used square profile furniture and joinery for a precise, professional look, softened by wood, leather, and textured carpet. Feature lighting and colour accents add contrast to the formal setting. The adaptable front of house includes operable doors connecting meeting spaces and flexible, mobile furniture for varied layouts.
The residential warmth on arrival sits along the open plan space which has subtler textures and tones, complemented by planting and carpet to enliven the L-shaped office for 70 staff. The central kitchen combines sophistication with playful yellow accents, and slatted wood dividers let light flow between the café and work areas, encouraging collaboration.
The result is a balanced workspace that supports productivity, comfort, and interaction, tailored to the client’s evolving needs.
