A workplace fitout for a specialist firm in a historic Imperial Lane building. Building on the company’s identity as a leader in the corporate debt advisory industry, the interior provides a functional and polished space for meetings and collaboration.
The visitor’s arrival is a lounge area incorporating low, soft seating, a bespoke bar and boardroom access. Carefully selected lighting, curtains and furniture absorb sound and soften the existing brick and exposed timber beams while enhancing the original character of the interior.

Staff areas blend focused workspaces with break-out and casual meeting zones while furniture, planting and screens create defined areas to enhance productivity and flexible working.
